The empire waist was flattering and the pleating on the bottom skirt added a nice vintage appeal to the piece. I can remember feeling frustrated going in and out of stores when I couldn’t find the items to create the looks I wanted to achieve. Sometimes, I think Plus Size women are not given great selections.
